The 50th issue of the international literary magazine GANGAN was published at the end of 2019. A presentation of this anniversary issue was planned in early 2020 at Forum Stadtpark, but it then had to be cancelled due to the COVID pandemic. Max Höfler, the guest editor, will review the 24-year history of the literary magazine in a conversation with GANGAN founder and online literature pioneer Gerald Ganglbauer and present the current GANGAN number. A literary performance by the new Forum Stadtpark literary commissioner Fiston Mwanza Mujila and a reading by Viennese author Ilse Kilic will complete the evening.
To celebrate the 50th issue, there will also be a special promotion: the issue #50 will cost only € 10.-
and each additional issue will cost € 5.-. The entire printed series (10 issues) will be available for € 50.- while stocks last.
