Prose as an advanced art of language

Franziska Füchsl, Ilse Kilic & Rosa Pock

Three authors from the RITTER publishing house read from their new publications:

Franziska Füchsl's stories in the volume "Die Straßen sind sichtbar" (The Streets are Visible) make perceptible the injuries caused by the paving over of individual spaces. In encounters with neighbours, trees, city employees or a gun launcher, an attempt is made to sound out how much play these "suspects" still have.

__
With her book "Das Schlaue vom Himmel", Ilse Kilic sharpens our senses and the spirit of resistance to many a scurrility of the reality that surrounds us: the author consistently spins tendencies of today's alienation and counters them with a machine for improving the world that we all are.

__
In her journal-like book "A Year in the Life of an Infanta", Rosa Pock traverses a space of thought and feeling that is as individual as it is universal, between art, science and the dissolution of boundaries: a delightful combination of literature and philosophy!
