Mahtab Jafarzadeh Miandehi is a violinist, sound artist and researcher who grew up in Iran and lives in Graz. Her work combines a wide range of disciplines, such as acoustic and electronic music in various media formats, and the creation and performance of contemporary music. Occasionally she chooses an improvisational approach, focusing on expressing her current musical conflicts and bringing the potential of her cultural heritage into musical compositions and performances.
